His compassion, knowledge, and expertise in this field cannot be overstated. He is an angel on this earth! He and his entire staff comforted my mother and our family throughout this extremely emotional "end of life" stage with constant communication, professionalism, and empathy. We brought my Mother-in-law to live with us She lived in Wisconsin. She was with us for 11 months. Rheta was a few weeks from turning 90. We met Waldo when he came to our home. He was kind, very informative and he had a sense of humor. Humor and kindness goes along way when dealing with a very stressful situation. We could call or text him at any moment, be it day or night. He was very thorough. He checked in and made sure we had everything we needed to take better care of her. Waldo was absolutely wonderful! He was with us the morning she started going down hill quickly. He was back with us at the end of Moms journey. It helped us tremendously. Shunda was a great help as well. She came 2 times a week to bathe Mom. Shunda was really good to her. It was wonderful to have the same people come to our home for Mom. It was less confusing for her.
